My Story
Shane Nelson was born in Bryan, Texas and is the graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, after which he obtained his law degree from the University of Texas in 2005. He was an attorney at multiple international law firms in Houston before starting Shane A. Nelson, PC. Mr. Nelson served as a law clerk for the Honorable T. John Ward in the Eastern District of Texas from 2009-2010, in which he was actively involved in a wide variety of federal cases. Mr. Nelson is a registered patent attorney and routinely serves as a Court appointed technical advisor in federal courts for patent cases. Notably, Mr. Nelson is also the Founder and President of Bluebonnet Abstract and Title, LLC, a title and escrow company based in Brenham, Texas, further complementing his legal expertise in real estate transactions and related matters
